When I made it to the till, there were only three left. I bought them all, left the shop and popped one in my mouth.I thought it would taste sweet ...but it made my tongue tingle... "Yuck!"I shouted, spitting it onto the ground, "I hate it when my tongue tingles!"
I was walking home when I saw a poster in the shop's window about a sale on sherbet sweets. "Huh!" I said,"I want some of those." I rooted in my pockets for change and found a euro. There was a bustling crowd filling the shop to bursting point.

This is a good piece of writing I really liked when you said "...I rooted in my pockets for change..." and also "...I thought it would taste sweet ...but it made my tongue tingle...". You have also had good use of punctuation.

A great entry, well done. This is really well written. You have used speech really effectively. You have made an every day event exciting and interesting blog. I don't think I could improve this. Thanks for an entertaining read.
